Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from Lampblack Editions, a trading name of Ryan Michael Connelly (ABN 86 824 270 084). Contact: hello@lampblackeditions.com.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and include shipping. A contract is formed when payment succeeds. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.

Delivery

Prints are made to order and printed in Australia by our print partner. Every order arrives within 14 days of payment. If we cannot deliver within that time, you may cancel for a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store card numbers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
