Shipping

We ship to addresses in Australia only. Each set of three 30 x 40 cm prints is printed to order on archival matte paper, 250 gsm and acid-free, by our print partner in Australia, then posted with Australia Post, by parcel post or by express where needed to arrive on time.

Times

Every order arrives within 14 days of payment. The same maximum is shown on each product page. Every parcel is tracked; email us any time for the tracking number.

Cost

Delivery is included in the price. There is nothing extra to pay at checkout.

Lost or late parcels

If a parcel has not arrived within 14 days of payment, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Duties and taxes

The price at checkout is the full price, including delivery. Prints are made in Australia, so there is no import duty to pay.
