Ryan Michael Connelly handles personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect and why

Your name, email, shipping address and phone number, to fulfil your order and contact you about it. Card details are collected by Stripe, not by us. With your consent only, we use your email for marketing, including a reminder if you leave checkout unpaid.

Who we share it with (including overseas)

• Stripe (payments): United States and Ireland
• Gelato (printing and delivery), a Norwegian company: your name, address and phone go to Gelato, whose partner print house in Australia prints your order and gives the address to Australia Post
• Our email provider [name, country]
• [Hosting provider, country]

These recipients are overseas. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP 8).

Access, correction, complaints

Email hello@lampblackeditions.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to complain. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.

Marketing

We send marketing emails only if you opt in. Every email identifies us and has a working unsubscribe, honoured within 5 business days (Spam Act 2003).
